"Didn’t really feel comfortable using it"
I checked out Engage Industries, but I just didn’t get a great feeling from it. There wasn’t much clear info, and a few parts of the site seemed unfinished or a little thrown together, which made me pause...
Maybe it works fine for other people, but I ended up backing out. I didn’t feel comfortable sharing my details there, and it just didn’t seem reliable enough for me...

"Felt Cheap and Broke Way Too Fast"
I barely used this and it already broke. The whole thing just feels cheap, like it wasn’t made to last at all. what a joke. Definitely not worth the money for me.

The site showed the item as in stock, so I went ahead and ordered it, but then my order ended up getting canceled. I get that inventory can change fast depending on the item or location, but in this case it was frustrating because I thought I was all set.

"Felt like my issue never really mattered"
I reached out to Engage because there was a problem with my order, the waiting around was really frustrating. At first I kept thinking maybe they were just busy, but after a while it started to feel like I was being ignored.

When someone finally got back to me, it didn’t really feel like they were trying to understand what was going on. I had already sent screenshots and explained everything, but I kept getting asked for the same information, which made the whole thing feel even more exhausting.

By the end, the issue still wasn’t properly fixed, and I just didn’t have the energy to keep chasing it. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me, their problem resolution left me feeling disappointed.

"Felt a bit misled by the support"
I really wanted to have a good experience with this service, but the support side was disappointing. Based on what I expected going in, I thought getting help would be quicker and more straightforward.

I sent a message and ended up waiting longer than I thought I would. When I finally got a reply, it felt rushed and didn’t really answer what I was asking, so I was left feeling like I had to figure things out on my own.

Maybe they were just busy, but it still felt a little misleading compared to the impression I had at the start. I wouldn’t call it awful, but the slow replies and lack of real follow-up made it not good enough for me.

"Install support could’ve been better"
I had a bit of a rough time getting it installed, and the support didn’t really feel as helpful as I hoped. I did eventually get things sorted out, so it’s fine now, but I can’t say the setup help was great.

Tried ordering on engageind.com and checkout was a pain. Pages loaded slow, payment status wasn’t clear, and I had to refresh/start over a few times. Way too much hassle for a simple purchase, so I gave up.

"I was hoping for more ways..."
I was hoping for more ways to customize things, but there really weren’t many options to choose from. On top of that, I had to wait in a queue longer than I expected, which made the whole experience a bit more frustrating.

"Slow replies and too many policy excuses"
I reached out to Engage Industries twice, and both times it took forever to get a response. When they finally did reply, it felt like they were leaning on policies or internal process as an excuse for why things took so long. I get that companies can be busy, but waiting days just to get a simple answer is really frustrating. By the time they got back to me, I had already moved on. Definitely not a great experience.

It was okay overall, but my gut says it just wasn’t for me. Nothing was terrible, but it ended up being more frustrating than I expected, and I didn’t really come away happy with it.

"Wish I’d Read the Reviews First"

"Wish I’d gotten better help from support"
I ran into an issue and regret reaching out expecting it to be handled properly. Support kept sending really short replies that didn’t actually solve anything, and there was a long wait between each message. It felt like no one really looked into what was going on. Disappointing experience overall.

I expected a lot more for what I paid. It ended up costing more than I thought, and I really didn’t feel like I got much value out of it. Just not worth it, not worth it at all. I wouldn’t use it again

"Delivery was all over the place"
My package ended up arriving way later than expected, and the tracking updates were inconsistent the whole time. I kept having to check in and follow up just to figure out what was going on, which got frustrating fast. i don’t think I’d use them again..

"Probably wouldn’t use it again"
The site itself looks fine and was easy enough to get around, but overall it felt basic compared to other options we’ve used. There just wasn’t a lot of depth to the information, so I ended up feeling like I still had questions. Support did reply, but it took longer than I expected, and the responses were kind of general, like “we’ll look into it” or “you can check the info on the site.” It wasn’t a horrible experience or anything, just not enough for us to choose it again

"Customer Support Could Use a Little Polishing"
I tried using Engage Industries, and the experience with the staff was not exactly what I’d call professional. Replies took a while, and when they did come through, they were short, which is always fun when you’re actually hoping for a clear explanation.
Maybe other people had a smoother time, but for me it came across as a bit careless. It wasn’t a total disaster, so there’s that, but I definitely wouldn’t call it a great experience either.
